Stress ........... Episode 1

People believed that one of the main reason why we got stress or aduh sakit kepala coz by works, bosses or even by lipstics... especially women.. can somebody explain why.. so listen to this...stress is good if it motivate us BUT become bad if overloaded... so i'd listed down my own way to release stress .... hope will help u guys...




  • Smile when you see your face at the mirror every morning; jgn syum sorang2 kat opis pulak, nnt org ckp tak betul plak... he he ....

  • Take cool shower not with hot water, will refresh your whole body; tau la sejuk tapi tahan la beb...

  • Use antistress bodywash to calm yourself and refresh your mind; gerenti sempoi beb....
