Best wei Langkawi.. nak pegi lg... tapi tak tau bila lak nak pg.

Ni la antara geng2 yang pegi.. suma excited bangat... Shah, Neo, Kak Ayu, Solah, Abe Rizal & Shahriman... uiks mana Shariman ni... ooo tukang amik gamba rupanyer.... Pepagi buta kitaorg dah ada kat jeti Kuala Kedah tu... takut kena tinggal Feri... he he

Kat dalam Feri nihh.. nak posing sebelum tetido.. nanti dah tak comeii... he he.. pas gambar ni amik.. solah ngan kak ayu trus tdo tak ingat dunia la..dia amik ubat tahan muntah he he. Tapi aku maintain beb...

Dah sampai.. ni la pemandangan blakang shelet kitaorg... Pantai Cenang... Best wooo... chantik skali.....

Kitaorg menginap kat sini la... ble tahan gak la bilik dia... budget beb...

Kat Tanjung Rhu... time tu matahari nak tebenam best beb... cantik..

Best.... yahoooooo...........

Nak pegi lagi Langkawiii..... bye muahs muahs muahs......

People believed that one of the main reason why we got stress or aduh sakit kepala coz by works, bosses or even by lipstics... especially women.. can somebody explain why.. so listen to this...stress is good if it motivate us BUT become bad if overloaded... so i'd listed down my own way to release stress .... hope will help u guys...

• Take cool shower not with hot water, will refresh your whole body; tau la sejuk tapi tahan la beb...


• Use antistress bodywash to calm yourself and refresh your mind; gerenti sempoi beb....
